Failure to resolve payment issues within 48 hours may result in suspension or termination of service.

7. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs:

Should not be relied upon for legal, medical, or regulated advice
Responsibility for AI output usage rests entirely with the user.
8. Intellectual Property
DealflowAi retains ownership of the platform, software, and systems
Users retain ownership of content they provide
AI-generated outputs belong to the user and may be used commercially
9. Company Rights
DealflowAi reserves the right to:
Modify or discontinue services
Update pricing or features
Suspend or terminate accounts for violations or non-payment
10. Limitation of Liability
DealflowAi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including AI-generated errors.

Users may terminate their account immediately

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
All disputes shall be resolved through mediation prior to any legal action.
13. Changes to Terms
